I was raised in a Christian home. Looking in
from the outside that would seem to be a wonderful thing especially in
today’s society. Being raised in a Christian home however for me was very
hard, living two lives and keeping up with both side and trying not to get
the two confused was so stressful. Not to mention it was very easy to see my
heart wasn’t with the Lord. When I was a teenager the Lord changed all that
for me he decided to make that walk more difficult for me, without my
knowledge, when I was looking he decided to save me. I have truly never been
the same since. There was a definite change in me then; all thought my home
life was easier everything was a trial.
From that day forward in youth camp (SBYFC) life meant something more and
there was a goal each time I opened my mouth and that was to proclaim the
name Jesus.
