simply use your web browser if it supports FTP by going to
ftp://www.yourdomain.com. and user your account
name and password that was issues to you by SWS.
Q. Is my
email virus protected, can I receive a virus from opening my email from the
SWS servers.
A. All SWS
server are virus protected. If our servers receives an infected email it
automatically delete the email.
Q. What is
a member account and what can I do with it.
A. A member
account with SWS allows you to have your own customized website with the web
address of http://members.skaggsweb.com/yourname.
You can post your photos for EBay, family or just text.
Q. What
happens if I need more web space than my account will allow.
A. SWS
offers additional web space for only $2.00 per 10 megabytes that is billed
monthly.
Q. What
happens if I need more email accounts than my account type offers.
A. SWS
offers additional email account for only $3.00 per account per month.
Q. What is
the time frame for SWS to update a website once the request has been made.
A. The
normal time to make changes to a site is 5 to 7 working days.
