In today’s information age people are using to the Internet more and more each day to obtain information about what is going on and around them in their local community or the world. As a church or ministry you should take full advantage of this and offer information about your purpose to them.

The greatest benefit of having a website for your church or ministry is offering real-time information around the clock to the members and for prospects.

Below are the detailed services, with prices and account options. 

A non-profit/church account with SWS has a monthly hosting fee of $20.00 which includes 50 megabytes of storage for your website and up to 5 email accounts. The email service is accessible through different types of media and applications. If you use Microsoft Outlook, Outlook express, Eudora or Netscape products you can take advantage of the SMTP/ POP3 options. If you do not have any email clients installed and have Internet access you can access your email using the web mail option. The benefit of using the web mail is that you are not tied down to a single pc and you can access your email from any computer that has access to the Internet. 

  Website Maintenance

An additional service that SWS offers our clients is website maintenance. Website maintenance consists of making any changes to or updates to any existing pages. This is an optional service that we offer, so if you are not web savvy or do not know how to edit your own web content using Microsoft FrontPage or Macromedia Dream weaver you can add this to your account. To take advantage of this service an additional charge of $20.00 a month will be added to your monthly hosting fee. 

  Setup Fee

Each new account receives a 1-time setup fee of $20.00. This is for establishing and configuring your Internet domain name to point to the SWS email and web servers. This setup fee does not include the price of your domain name registration.

  Additional Web Space

If you need to purchase any additional web space beyond your account limit, the monthly charge for the additional server space is only $2.00 per 10 megabytes. Example: If you have a non-profit/church account with the limit of 50 megabyte at $20.00 a month and you wanted to purchase 10 more megabytes your new monthly hosting fee would be $22.00.

  Additional Email Accounts 

If your non-profit/church account needs more than the package limit of 5 email accounts, SWS can offer the additional email accounts for a monthly charge of $3.00 per account.
